SHIPPING
A $9.95 flat rate applies to all orders under $150 within Australia. Orders of $150 and more will be shipped for free within Australia. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $64.95 except for orders from New Zealand which implements a $24.95 flat rate. Adelaidesupplements.com.au reserves the right to change this at any time.

RETURNS
Adelaide Supplements love to make sure you are completely satisfied with your products and experience.

Return unopened items within 30 days.

If you change your mind or simply aren't happy for any reason, you can simply return your unopened product to our online warehouse within 30 days of purchase. 

If you don't like the taste or performance of your new product for any reason, then simply return your opened product with 5 scoops or less (on selected products only***) used to any store or our online warehouse and we will happily exchange or apply a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Don't forget to bring in your receipt or rewards card.

You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;
In any event, you may not cancel orders for food or other perishable Goods, nor for handmade, specially commissioned or personalised goods;
The Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:
With both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
Securely wrapped;
Including our delivery slip;
At your risk and cost.
After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team by calling   (08) 8332 1013 or emailing adelaidesupplements@gmail.com  and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.
