At Adelaide Supplements our promise to you is to have orders dispatched and delivered FAST. We offer FREE, Same Day dispatch on orders over $99 placed before 1 PM AEST Standard time Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1PM AEST or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.

All Australian orders are expected to arrive within 1 - 4 business days.

The following islands are deemed as "International Destinations" by our express couriers:
Christmas Island (6798), Cocos (Keeling) Islands (6799), Norfolk Island (2899)
Please note that shipments to the above destination will be shipped using the Australia Post Express Service which may take 4-7 Business Days.

New Zealand:

We Ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of NZ$9.95 or FREE when you spend over NZ$150

Any order placed after 1 PM WST or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.
