Terms and Conditions for 110% Refund Guarantee on Supplement Plan:

  1. To be eligible for the 110% refund guarantee, customers must have purchased a supplement plan directly from our company.

  2. This guarantee is only applicable to first-time customers who have not previously purchased the same supplement plan.

  3. Customers must have used the supplement plan as directed for a minimum of 90 consecutive days to qualify for the 110% refund.

  4. If, after 30 consecutive days of using the supplement plan, customers are not satisfied with the product, they must contact our customer service team via email or phone within 7 days of the 30-day deadline.

  5. Customers must provide proof of purchase and a reason for dissatisfaction, along with any additional information we request.

  6. If the refund request is approved, customers will receive a 110% refund of the purchase price of the supplement plan, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

  7. The 110% refund will be processed within 30 days of the request being approved.

  8. Customers may only request a refund for one supplement plan per household, per year.

  9. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or fail to provide adequate documentation.

  10. This 110% refund guarantee is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice.
