How to Use

To Load: we recommend taking 5 grams per day, 4 times a day, for 5 – 7 days. Following the loading period take 3 – 5 grams per day to maintain high levels within your muscles.

If You Don't Want to do a Loading Week: to go straight to maintenance, we recommend 3 - 5 grams per day either before or after your workout. By skipping a loading week it may just take three to four weeks for the effects to take place. As creatine pulls water into your muscle cells, we recommend taking creatine with a glass of water.

Research suggests that the best time to take creatine is after a workout because it has a more positive effect on increasing lean muscle mass and muscular strength.
